The Eisenhower Leadership Center (ELC) is not affiliated with the United States Military Academy. 

Gary Jacketti studied art at Tyler School of Art (BFA Sculpture 1985). He spent one year in Rome and one year in Florence studying under the renowned Italian figurative sculptor Paolo Carasone. He lived abroad for 13 years maintaining studios and exhibitions in Germany and Japan.

His latest sculpture works are figurative and cast in bronze. The statue "Goodbye", featuring the moment of goodbye so relevant to military families, was dedicated at the United States Military Academy at West Point on Veteran’s Day 2014.
