​At the Eisenhower Leadership Center, military leadership is both cultivated 


and reinvented. We pride ourselves on applying military principles and


strategic thinking to our programs, thus meeting the demands of a rapidly


changing business world where leaders need to be adaptable, culturally


educated, motivated and, at times, crisis steady.  ELC encompasses four


pillars: business, military, psychological, and arts leadership.


By the end of our long-term programs, participants will emerge business


confident and crisis steady, inspirational leaders for the 21st century.
